The Gobbins

The Gobbins is a unique coastal experience at Islandmagee, on the first part of the Causeway Coastal Route as you journey north from Belfast.

On arrival at the visitors  centre you get a safety briefing from your tour guide before you leave for the Gobbins. You are bused a short distance to the cliff path .You walk about a 100 steps to the Wise Eye, this starts your dramatic coastal experience. The entire route is 2km (3hrs) in which you journey over a series of steel bridges a spectacular tubular bridge and a narrow cave passing through the cliffs .The journey back to the centre takes the scenic route through Islandmagee and surrounding areas (Magheramourne) where Game of Thrones is being filmed.
